Premier Vendor Options

Becoming a Premier Vendor at the Holistic Expo offers a unique opportunity to showcase your business while connecting with a community dedicated to health and wellness. Premier Vendors receive a table with electricity (if desired) at no extra charge, with electricity available on a first-come, first-served basis. The booth fee is included in the Premier Vendor package. Depending on your level of participation, you’ll also enjoy additional advertising opportunities such as enhanced visibility on event materials, exclusive online features, and more.

Gold Vendor

Basic

Vendor Options

Becoming a Basic Vendor at the Holistic Expo is a great way to showcase your products or services to an audience passionate about health and wellness. You can choose between a 10′ x 12′ booth for maximum display space or a 6′ x 6′ booth for a smaller setup that still offers excellent visibility.

Vendors can also customize their space by adding a table or electricity for a small additional fee, making it easy to create the setup that fits your needs best.

State/Local Laws & Taxes

You are responsible for paying all appropriate sales tax with respect to the sale of goods and for procuring all permits and documentation that are required by local and state government to operate within the state of Indiana.

Indemnification and Insurance

You are solely responsible for any injuries, accidents, or losses which may be sustained as a result of your vending operations at the Evansville Holistic Expo. The Evansville Holistic Expo, Washington Square Mall, or any partner shall have no responsibility for any accident or injury caused by your activities. Liability Insurance is encouraged. By participating in the festival, you are agreeing to indemnify and hold harmless the Evansville Holistic Expo or any partner from any damages, lawsuits, or claims arising out of any injuries or accidents occasioned by your activities.

Photo/Video Release

By filing this vendor application, I am releasing and authorizing the use of all photos and videos taken at the Expo by the Evansville Holistic Expo Committee. These photos and videos can be used for promotional purposes only and used on our various social media platforms.

To ensure your business receives all vendor benefits—make sure your company description, including products and services offered—is accurately represented, please submit your completed registration form and payment by May 31, 2026. Payments must be received by May 31, 2026.
