Exciting news! To better serve our growing community, the Evansville Holistic Expo is moving to a brand-new home — the Old National Events Plaza — for the 2026 Expo. This move marks a major milestone in the event’s continued growth and commitment to providing a high-quality experience for vendors, attendees, and presenters alike.
Why the Move?
After several successful years at our current mall location, it became clear that the Expo had outgrown the space. Limited room for booths and classes, inconsistent lighting, and upcoming mall construction all played a role in our decision. The Old National Events Plaza offers the upgrade we’ve been waiting for, with:
- ✨ More space for booths, classes, and movement-based activities
- 💡 Professional lighting to showcase every vendor beautifully
- 🚗 Easy parking and loading for vendors and guests
- 🌿 A welcoming, professional atmosphere worthy of our community
- 🕙 Extended event hours from 10 AM to 5 PM
This move will help us continue to grow while keeping the friendly, supportive spirit that makes the Evansville Holistic Expo such a special event.
New Location, New Policies
With a larger, more professional venue comes a few updates to our vendor policies and pricing. While costs for the 2026 Expo will increase slightly to reflect the upgraded space, we remain committed to keeping vendor pricing as affordable as possible. To show our appreciation for your continued support, we’re offering generous early registration discounts through November 1, 2025.

Note: These discounted rates are valid only through November 1, 2025. After that date, prices increase by $10 per booth and full Premium Vendor rates apply.
